TG: Fridays at SIO
TG is a weekly social event held by the beach at Scripps Institution of
Oceanography since the 60s. Come join us and relax at the end of the
week. Consider signing up as a member or donating to help keep this
tradition alive!
Event Guidelines:
- Plan to bring both your government ID showing you are >21 and your Scripps ID
- Also plan to bring your own cup/reusable beverage container
- TG is a Scripps social event; only SIO affiliates and their direct guests are invited. The affiliate must enter with/be at the door to let in their guest.
- Please only bring ~one guest per Scripps affiliate. If you’d like to bring a group of collaborators or family, please reach out to the committee to give us a heads up sio.tgif@gmail.com
- The TG committee members reserve the right to make final decisions about entry on a case to case basis
